Also I dont know if I told you before the 95" 351 is a roller so I am a little concerned because the computer I got to run the engine is from a 1991 351 non-roller I know the rollers have higher lift so I'm not sure if this will cause the computer to malfunction do you have any advice or knowledge that could alieve my worrying?? also I orderd my headers with no EGR port I have my EGR TuBE sealed off and shortened should I also block off the ports to the EGR on the manifold ?? or do I need to find a EGR delete?? I dont want to burn the computer up because its throwing codes I would be greatful for any input. I'm gonna start posting pics of my build this weekend
what's up man, long time since I last talked to ya how is your maf conversion going? I'm finially getting my engine back tomorrow!! I did not have to bore out the block the crank was still in tolerance but close to being out so had it turned the gt40 heads were also in excellent shape did a valve job there on the motor now got some decent headers , cold air intake , picked up electric fan and 3g alternator this week so I'm trying to have them ready to go I painted the whole inside of the engine hull looks brand new! painted block heads and manifold , to bad I still have'nt been able to afford intake manifold yet or MAF conversion the very next thing I'm doing really quick is 4.56 gears so if you know of any good used sets let me know. Also I have thought about picking a Ranger from the junk yard I have found that certain models are 4.10 gears with a 8.8 rear end has anybody do this swap before or do you know if it will work??
