History
I got it from a fella who was sellin' it fer $2,000 on CL.
I thought it was all phony, but up here in Alaska people ask SIX GEES for a damned beat up Toyota with a crack in the block.
So naturally I had to check it out.
Luckily, it was the real deal.
81,000 miles, beautiful interior, A-OK body and mechanically sound.
The guy put in a nice Kenwood sound system, and some nice tires.
It was obviously an unfinished project vehicle he never got to finish.
The guy moved to the lower 48, but the cost to ship the Bronco woulda been $14,000.
So he had to part with it.
I've been treatin' her good with constant tuneups, and engine teardown and routine maintenance.
