I'm the second owner of this bronco, My first truck/vehicle was a 1978 bronco, I have missed since the day I sold it. I spent 20 years saying I would one day own another. I happen to be driving around Orlando looking at a piece of property when I saw a old bronco under a tree. So I few days later I had my 13 yr old son at the time ride over to see it with me. He loves them too, when he said lets go knock on the door and ask if we can see it. So we did, the owner was not home but we left our name and number. Forgetting about it for a while I get a call one day from the owner saying he things he wants to sell it but wants it to go the right person as this is special to him his Father in law left it to him. So My son and I go over and meet the guy. We talk for a while and find out my mechanic and best friend serviced this vehicle years before his father in law died. When gas went to 5plus a gallon here in Orlando the Bronco get parked and sits. It sat from 2006 until we came along. first Saturday in JAn 2017 the PO meets with us and he decides a my kids and I are the family for his Bronco 1000.00 later we are towing our new toy home. remember it for over 10 years so it was fluid change plugs wires, mystery oil (sit for a few days) in the Cylinders and air filter battery and bump the starter. Second turn and we are all smiles and listening to the sweet music. now we spend a few hours a weekend bonding over working on my sons first truck. no big hurry, but we got it street worthy, so we can drive it a around and have fun. Its a great bonding experience.
