Bought this truck 2016, it's equipped with a 7.3a diesel. I believe this truck is cursed. Thing idles at exactly 666rpms and have been in 5 car accidents since I bought it (none of which where deemed my fault) it's had it's whole driver's side ripped off and replaced from an accident when it was an ambulance and iv believe it was in another one that required the medic bay to be removed. Than someone bought it after that and put a goose neck and used it as a quarter semi. Than the person I bought it from got it and put the flat bed on and after getting it into another accident with it sold it to me where I did a ton for f work to it to get it back on the road. Now it's my current daily driver and serves me well at work
