Hey,
I just ordered my gears and they got here. I read the shipping label and noticed it said for 93 and newer long yoke only. Well my 10.25 is an 88, So I called up randy's and they shipped out a new yoke. What all is involved when swapping the yoke. I got down there and looked but I'm just a little confused. any help would be greatly appreciated.

it shouldnt have gone on to begin with. One is shorter than the other.

To replace, you need to find what the torque is on it (its got a cush sleeve, so torque is important) some say to tighten it up till the nut moves, and record the torque, then take it off, replace, and retorque 10 pounds more that the other.

If the one you are taking off is 1350, can I have/buy it?
