My '78 has a rear seat that folds and flips forward but it's not the original. No problem, one day I'll get to the front and rear upholstery. A PO used extension ladder feet (clever) complete with the rubber grips and apparently fabricated a rear floor mount for the seat release. It looks like the only holes in the floor line up with these items. So, could I get any of you to post pix of your original brackets so I know what to look for? Thanks.

Mine is completely disassembled, as I come across the pieces I'll post. They do look the same as the later trucks.

In 78 it was possible to get a Bronco without a rear seat, or rather the rear seat was an option.
This link to jbg has a decent drawing of the brackets in the pics

I saw a '78 build on youtube and the rear deck center bracket was recessed. Mine is flat. I thought I was in trouble. I also ordered a Marti report & recieved it last week. Cool options but no back seat. That explains why it's all cobbled together. Thanks
