I'm sorry for having to ask this, but some guy on craigslist is telling me that his 93 F250 has a solid front axle. Everythinng I've read so far leads me to believe that he's wrong and it should have a dana 50 TTB. This truck was a farm truck, and the 1 picture he has shows stock wheels, so i'm guessing no one ever did an SAS conversion on it. Is this guy wrong? I told him i'd buy it (the axle, not the truck) if it were a solid axle, but after doing more research I have serious doubts. And its about a 2 hour drive away and I don't want to waste my time going to see it if its a TTB. Thanks.

didnt the ttb come in the light duty f-250's and the solid axle on the heavy duty f-250-f-450's in those years. a buddy here has a 92 with the solid axle and norfolkff05 has the ttb in his f-250.
