And another....will GT40 head work on a 351? And would this be an advantage over stock 351 heads?

Yes they will fit. BUT...
If they are 302 heads you'll have to drill the bolt holes larger
If they are "P" heads you'll need custom exhaust

I use the GT40P heads and had to to both
