About time for new tires for my 96. Can I fit a 32" tire without rubbing on stock wheels and suspension or do I have to go with 31s?

95 - no lift, stock wheels, 35-12.50-15's. Yes they rub on the radius arms, but only on the wheel wells when offroading.

If you are running a stock bumper you will likely rub on the bumper if you go bigger than a 33, but you should be good up to that size.

If you want no rubbing at all whatsoever stick to 31's. If you don't mind rubbing against the RA at full lock, and spacing your front bumper out an inch then you can go up to 33"

I have 32" tires and I added 1.25mm aluminum wheel spacers from the fine folks at 4 Wheel Parts. That got rid of the radius arm rubbing and returned full lock to lock steering. Never had a problem with the fender or bumper.
