hiya researched the IAC threads but seems everyone has fuil enjection. i have the 351w with the edlebrock 4 bbl, im curiuos if my IAC wuold be on the back of the carb and looks dif, <large and round with filtered holes around it> wuold be my IAC?. my idle is getten iratic, in P and N is fine , in drive it drops to 400 to 550, same for reverse, does not stall, and power is great. thoe warm up start is between 1500 and 20000, witch matches the dirty or bad IAC thread. like to know before i yank it if this is what the carbed 85 351w IAC is placed. thanks in advance.

Turn the idle adjustment screw in with a 3/16" or 1/4" flathead

why would you be glad you don't have one? mine works just fine, and my idle is computer controlled. it never fscks up, and always sits at 550rpm.

Glad someone helped you find your answer.
