The 1989 FSB Ive got (replacement engine not in yet) has a 351W, listed by VIN as HO.

I wondered does anyone know what the HP and Tq are for this beast?

210 hp at 3800rpm
315 tq at 2800rpm

i know that the rpm numbers are right. i think the hp and tq may be off by like 5, but you get the general idea.

EDIT: just saw the HO part, is it EFI or carb? its supposed to be EFI if its an 89.

buy the chiltons manual for your bronco. it has all the numbers for each year. but yes 89 351 EFI is 210/315

Man, thats a big leap up from my S-10/4.3L!! I should be able to scoot around with much more fun and pull heavier loads!!

Heh I won't be able to believe the difference from my 2.9 to the 5.8. Should be fun. I'll let everyone know what it's like when I get it all swapped in.
