Can you use 4" springs up fornt w/no drop brackets for TTB or pitman arm?

No, my brother-in-law just got a 93XLT FSB and it has like a 2" AAL in the
rear, sits higher than my 95EB anyway and i have a set of pro-comp 4" coil
spings that im not using, thought we might use them before selling them
