So i have an 86 F 250. 3" body(i no , I no) and a 4" suspension lift. Its a 4spd trans(t-18) and mated tcase. the driveshaft is without a doubt going to get ripped off the first full flex by the trans x-member. the only thing i can think of is to cut the driveshaft side of the trans crossmember , and use 1/4" steel at a 70* angle and mount the one side of the xmember to the top frame rail
