anybody know about how hard or how much $$$ is involved in converting 4x4 from auto to manual w/ locking hubs

about 4 seconds of searching, and about $40 and another 10 minutes of actual work, its really not bad at all unless you plan on swapping the t-case also

do you want to swap to a manual transfer case or manual hubs?

If it's hubs, just go to Napa or O'Reileys or AutoZone, buy the manual hubs and swap them out.

you are not being clear, but you can get a set of Warn premium hubs (which i think most people would recommend they are about $60 . a manual transfer case swap would entail getting a manual transfercase, the shifter and linkage doing a little cutting and hooking it all up.

did you search about them? without know the year of your truck we can't tell if you'll need the conversion kit. If you search all of the info is there
