Well I got a good deal From the owner of Pitbull tires on some 42's!!!!!

They should arrive today. It looks as though I will have to modify the sliders on my rig to clear them. I'll probably just hack some pipe off and splice in a piece, but I am going to boat side it. I saw a K10 that was boat sided and it looked great as well as a gain in trail clearance and the skid type protection it gives.

I'll post-up pics when I get the tires on. I have heard nothing but good about theses tires on the trails, look forward to wheeling them, and think I might finally have found a tire big enough to look big on the Carcass.

Here is a couple of pics. The 39.5 Rockers are small IMHO and they only measured 36.5" on 9" wide rim at 20 lbs of pressure. They came-up 1 1/2" shorter than the 39.5 Iroks I had on it. SIZE-UP to get what you want. I worked out a deal with Pitbull, they are very interested in you being fully satified with their tires!!!!!:thumbup They refunded my money, sold me the 42's, payed for shipping, and worked out a deal for these 39.5's go to a local.:thumbup:thumbup:thumbup

yeah those are awesome tires. I'd be interested in seeing how you boatside your rig, I had thought about doing that also.

It seems like it would be pretty functional.
Knowing him, just chop some random shit off and throw some pipe in there. :goodfinge

Thanks for the replies! I'll post-up with pics and hope to get out to a couple of the harder trails this fall before the snow flies!

Chamby just stay away, doesn't mean a thing coming from you and you added nothing to this post.

There is nothing worse than expecting to get parts to work on the bronco. Finding out they won't be there till the next day or ten.:hump

By the way I'm jelous(sp) wish I had the money for 42" and they would fit without a sawsall.

Wow, finally looks like a little meat on the Carcass. These are measuring up to 41" on the 15X9" beadlocks and 40" on the rig (both measurements taken at 20lbs).
42X15-15's
