pulled 452, 628 and a 332 on the bko this weekend
332 Egr valve not opening
452 error in the VSS and PSOM during last 8 warm up cycles
628 converter clutch lock up error (E40D)
i plan on cleaning to EGR if i can get to it, to see if that helps
w/ od on or off i never get any different results and the button never flashes
when i take off i can feel a low speed TC shudder and slippage, 3rd and 4th work fine, but the biggest slippage is rite at takeoff, after i pulled the codes i cleaned what i thought to be the VSS connections by the rear end and that really didnt do much, i just recently did a full system flush, but im curious on how people say they flushed the "TC"???? i just disconnected the cooler line and filled while it spilled, did that do it well enough?
my biggest question is that i can put the truck into 1 and it will work fine for takeoff, so this leads me to believe that there could be a valve body blockage?? i would really like to just replace the TC and see how it comes out, money is the biggest hurdle here, i need to sell it b4 i fill it w/ cash and then get nothing outta it
