when put it in neutral and try and put it in 4l it want go.
i haven't worked on it or messed with it other than a regular tune up to the engine

Try putting it in neutral, engine off, then putting it in 4WL. See if that works. Or try backing up a few feet slow, then neutral, then 4WL.

naw i figured it out the previous owner cut the clutch wire or whatever its called and i just noticed it today but i fixed it its all good
