5.8 throttle body question--performance

Sorry to be bothering the powers that be with my questions but im new to the EFI Bronco world and want to get it right. My questions now after much research are, well, here's what I have- 95 Bronco 5.8. I have , GT-40 heads, gear drive, and chrome valve covers, BBk headers with the EGR provision, flow master exhaust. I plan on using my stock intake and picking out a mild cam (based on the advise and tips found on this site, so as not to upset my computer). To me Im getting my exhaust out good now and my basic long block package is good. How many MM is my stock throttle body I feel that it probably is a weak link. The BBK 56mm unit looks good to me, will it bolt directly to my stock upper intake and would it be a good choice, I think I am also going to get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and bump it up to 45psi. What are peoples thought on the throttle body. If the BBK dual throttle blade throttle body wont work for me, or on my stock upper would I be better off converting over to mustang stuff and using the single blade unit and getting creative with the EGR. If I do go that route which seems like alot of sensless work what other issues would I be facing beside the EGR and ductwork as far as sensors and linkage.

not to hijack, but what is a egr provision?

btw, the intake is the weakest link. get a edelbrock truck intake
Stock throttle body size is 45mm.

And yeah, the stock 5.8L intake is a huge bottleneck. Get a better intake instead of the throttle body. Just upgrading the throttle body and not the intake isn't going to get you anywhere. Your stock throttle body should bolt up just fine to the Edelbrock truck intake while also giving you the EGR provision as I showed you in your last thread.

your truck is the shit
Not to get off topic, but thanks. lol :toothless
I'll post about what I did tomorrow. Mustang uppers, 70mm TB etc. Too tired right now.

You don't need a new thread to cover what was already said in your last posts.

The stock TB is fine for your application, the truck 351 intake sucks balls, change that.

You don't need an adjustable FPR, all it's going to do is fawk with your computer and make it not happy.
So here is what I did for the intake. I got the Edelbrock truck lower intake. I also got the Edelbrock Mustang upper intake. I also got an Edelbrock 70mm throttle body for a mustang to match the upper intake. The EGR and electrical connections are all the same as our stock setup so it was easy. The only tough part was that the upper intake has to be rotated 180* otherwise it hits the fuel rails. So you will have to do a little custom fitting for the throttle cable and cruise cable (forget the tech. term for it.) Also you will need to take the wiring harness appart a bit to gain a little length for some of the connections to the throttle body. But all in all it's basically bolt on. Can't say how much power it gives you because I did a bunch of other stuff. But a large TB with matched intakes is a good start.
Here is my build
Well personly I would be looking for a new intake. I would look for eather the Edl truck intake, or the GT-40 style used on the lightens. What intake you get will effect what TB you use.
