OK, well I popped the 5.0 in my 95 Bronco last fall, and have been wanting to swap to a 5.8, but I just had a old 86 bronco with a new 5.0 drop into my lap. I know the 5.8 will have a lot more grunt then the 5.0. the 5.0 in it was OK, but a little weak at some times. So if I stick to the 5.0, and do a few mods, what can I expect for low end power? I have a set of early 351 heads that are ported, and bigger valves in them, and am planing on headders, and a mild cam. I know that will increase my HP, but I dont want to end up with something to peeky. So should I save my money and go 5.8? I have a rebuildable core, but no manafolds or anything. How readly avalbale are 5.8L FI stuff? Thanks for any help. I realy want to get this thing together.

Stroke the 302 into a 331. With a little work a 302 can be made into a fairly potent powerplant.

351 EFI parts are readily available for Mustangs, not sure about Broncos, though.
