However, it was more common place to swap axles than gears, back inthe day. Get the BOM and we'll tell you more.

agree with N on item one. and agree on 2 as well. I think it's bluesquirel that posted pics of the axle in the front of the donor he got, and it's clearly a 78-79 transplant.
