I have found a dana 44 out of a high boy f250 $200. Is there a way to convert it over to disk brakes?

I have found a dana 44 out of a high boy f250 $200. Is there a way to convert it over to disk brakes?

First $200 is too much for lo pinion, closed knuckle Dana 44 with drum brakes.
Second 1976 F250 should be open knuckle and disc brakes, but still lo pinion, and $200 is still too much.
