This hard line is frozen to the rubber lines fitting so I need to replace both. This hardline is about 3-4ft and goes across the front from the driver side caliper to the pass caliper. Called the ford dealer and he says they can't get them.

What to do next?

Buy a double flare tool a tubing bender and some 3/16" diameter brake line and the necessary fittings. :shrug

If you will search, there are some pretty good write ups on doing the double flaring.

You can get the lines apart with some penetrating oil, vice grips and patience. Have your removed the metal locking tab that holds the line in to the shock tower? I wound up having to cut that piece with a cut off wheel to get it out of the way. Then you can pull the metal line through the shock tower to have enough room to get two pairs of vice grips on it... One on the rubber hose's fitting and one on the metal line's fitting. If you TRULY have to replace that fitting then you can cut the end of the brake line and put a new fitting on it. That line does not run from the driver's side to the passenger's side. It runs up to the T under the master cylinder. Follow it more carefully.

Even if you need to replace it, you HAVE to separate (or cut) the line where it goes through the shock mount and it is easier to get it apart then you may think now.
