Im new to this and My bronco as well, anyway>>> i have trouble with my transfercase on 91 bronco, i put it into drive and it bounces around at the transfercase>>> mind you i have manual locks >>> now i baught a 93 bronco but it has 4x4 button and overdrive button on shifter, would i be able to swap or do i have to get a complete new transfercase??? help me out

I would look for another Manual transfer case. They are on Ebay from time to time. Might be easier to rebuild the one you have. Ive never done it, but there are plenty of write ups on it that were done by people who had never done it before and they said it wasnt bad at all to rebuild.
Your electronic case would require extensive modifications to run, now if you went the other way thats a different story. Many people ditch the electronic BW1356 for the manual version. On a Bronco equipped with a electronic version, the wiring harness for the manual case is already there as well. I dont think that is the case for trucks equipped with a manual case from the factory though, so you would have to rewire it, and put in a switch.

+ $48.00 for the oil pump kit and + $90.00 for the chain. I would replace all these parts plus anything else thats broken. Usually its the pump though and bearings.
