i have an 89 ford bronco 4x4 with a 351 windsor. it is running but it is kinda stalling at idle. every now and then, it shuts off. it idles good except it dips frequently. i checked the oil and it is good. my wife says it is the altinator but my battery needle never moves. i have heard it maybe the vaccum lines but i dont know beins i am the only one working on it. i have also heard it maybe some kind of sensor. please if you have any idea what it maybe let me know thank you bronco beast

You will get more help if you tell us a bit more about your FSB than that its a 89

I learned this the hard way...

if the computer says it's running rich and lean, error codes 41 & 42, then check the fuel presure. and try to get it to idle bad while checking. mine was giving me fits, changed sensor after sensor, about $1500 later and almost 2wks, I did a long (time) test of the fuel rail, found that when it idles bad, presure was >100psi, but good idle was 35psi on the money. changed regulator and no problems since...
