2 piece shafts suck. Replace em with one-piece shafts and theyll handle quite a bit of abuse. A buddy ran one with one-piece shafts & a detroit in his V8 CJ (on 37" claws) and he bent one housing, and rotated the diff on another before finally gave in and started going 8lug. In fact, that axle is now in another CJ getting whopped on with no problems.

2 piece shafts and weld the axle tubes
This is the same guy that wanted to run Jeep axles under his bronco.... Hope he's not up to any other bronco brainstorming

its been done once and im doing it on my other bronco becouse it was a great upgrade so why dont u shutup and learn somthing new
