First of all when I brake, I have that ABS pulsation come on. Pads and Rotors are new. The left tire stops first, (steering wheel pulls to the left) while the right stops in the dirt about 2 feet from the right tire (imprints).
This has been going on for a month, but I haven't have the ABS sensor go off until now. When it is on, I can tell that the ABS is not engaged so it seems to stop fine.

I suspect it could be the ABS sensor but I wouldnt know what side to replace.

I checked fuses too, not the source.

it sounds like one of your sensors died. Since you just installed new rotors, i'd check the front wheel sensors first. And dont' forget about the ring on the inside of the rotor that the sensor reads off.. On second thought, check those rings first. :thumbup

The tone ring sensors were cleaned off with a wire wheel on a bench grinder.
No idea which side its coming from?

yeah, but make sure the tone rings were installed correctly. If one is out of round, it'll throw off the ABS sensor's ability to work correctly
