My bronco has sat for a while causing the brake lines to corrode from rust. I replaced everything from the union under the drivers seat to the rear cylinders.. I noticed the lines under the hood are rusty as well and was wondering if I can bypass the rear ABS module all together and just plumb the lines directly into the master cylinder? I know it'll most likely throw a code but I'm not concerned about that, just wondering if it'll throw off the brake bias.

If you have drums in the back and no proportioning valve then yes it will. You need some type of proportioning valve when you have combination brakes because drum brake shoes have to travel farther than disk brake pads in order to make contact with the drum/disk. So your front brakes will lock up way before your rears. Either get a proportioning valve. Or convert to disks in the rear. Personally I would convert to disks.
