Kalashnikov and I are in the middle of ripping my front end apart to do the ball joints off, but the ABS sensor bolts (which are 6pt btw) are so rusted that the pass side stripped instantly and we haven't tried the drivers side yet.... How can we get these things off? Or am I going to just have to break them off and replace em later? Yes we are using liquid wrench, need a better answer than that..... If I cut the head off the bolt, could I replace the bolt and save the ABS sensor?

I had a similar problem. I think i ended up drilling out the bolt and re-tapping the hole to a bolt size that fit in the abs sensor.
