Cant seem to find a firm answer to this, and by no means a carb guy myself....however, dealing with a stock Holley 4180c...

.010" clearence between diaphragm lever and linkage is the proper setting?

If the lever is set to contact with linkage, could this lead to partial flooded start condition on hot engine (i.e. black smoke during startup of a hot engine)?

Just repalced the diaphragm due to a fuel leak...rotten diaphragm....didnt buy a kit, just the diaphragm....and did not come with much more than the package. I do remember it was designated "30cc" Im assuming thats the pump capacity per full stroke.
