Yup... Basically you need a set of later OBS arms. LIke off a 95/96 F-Series.
Then you shorten the arm to fit the 78/79 glass.
Its not super hard to do, just a little time consuming. Works great.
There is pics of what I did in my build thread. The link above used pin style but its the same steps for the J-Arm ones too. Not that you care, but I like things that are return to stock-able too. This is one of those things, though I dont know if you would ever want to.

I've read that it's possible to use a set of arms off a Jeep XJ. I haven't tried so I don't know how it works, but they should already be shorter, so may need less modifications.

Looks a little odd in the angles dept. I'll order a cheap one off of Amazon to see if it's a direct replacement. If it doesn't work, I can just ship 'er back for a refund or use it as a parts mule for the modification. Thanks for the heads up!

I could see that angle helping a bit... will be able to have them more down when wipers off.
The arm part does look very much the same as the Ford version.
