Are you sure you are using the correct bj? the uppers and lowers are different arent they?

It 'looks' right in the pic, as far as the tool and everything.

make sure you have the correct bj's, it should not be that hard to press them in. Yes, you definately start by pressing the lower one in first.

no, dont grease them. They are supposed to press in and not spin
