I would like to know a few things befor I does this so if anybody has any input or has done this befor plz give me some info.I have a 1990 bronco with AOD trans. and I am getting a F-150 that has a C6 in it(I think it is a 1985 or 86') that was just rebuilt so I want to swap it with my AOD, the C6 is comeing off a 302 same as mine so it should bolt to the back of the motor. I am probly going to need a different drive shaft right? What else is there? If there are any problems like the rear mount or if it cant be done plz let me know! I need some good input.
thank you, Eric

Well.. no one has answered you yet.. Kinda odd..

If I am correct the C6 will swap right over with no problems.. no driveshaft mods needed..

I had a 302 with an AOD and swaped in a 351 to the AOD.. Everything was ok, except for the flexplate.. So I burned out the tranny.. I swapped a C6 into it instead of fixing the aod and it worked just fine since I put in the right flexplate.. no driveshaft mods needed... hope this helps..
