You also have to figure out the kickdown linkage for the C6. You also have to run a vacuum line for the c6, but that is super easy after you figure out the kickdown.

I did this swap in my old 90 F150. Yes the C6 length is a little different, but not enough to need to change driveshafts. the slip yolks in both mine took it up just fine. Still had plenty together, and i never had a problem. Td the vaccum line off the intake, never did do anything with the kickdown rod though. seemed to run just fine for me.

Blue Rebel what transfer case did you use? I want to use the transfer case that was already in the truck but the linkage that bolts to the transmission for the transfer case on the AOD has two holes that it bolts to and the C6 only has one hole to bolt the linkage to. Thanks for the help.

I used my stock 13-56. I got my c6 out of a parts truck though, I was able to get all needed linkage as well.

My AOD went out in my 94 bronco, so im gunna run a c6/np205 with twin sticks. if i were you i would do the same thing, but its up to you.
I guess it's not really relative to the thread but unless it's been swapped, the trans in your 94 is not an AOD. Though it is indeed an automatic overdrive, it is an E4OD which is not the same.

why not just replace it with another AOD, they can be just as if not more stout than a C6 with a few minor upgrades, plus you wouldn't lose overdrive.
