Nah, it's not a scam. You get that whenever your screen name is signed on more than once. I get that every time I log onto AOL when I have AIM running.

What happens when you click on the link? I've never seen that and even tried at a buddies house with AOL and we didn't get it. What version of AIM are you using? We would just get kicked off AIM everytime.

Thats screwey. Maybe contact AOL and ask 'em about it?

Every once in a while i log in elsewhere, forgetting im logged in at home, and it just kicks me off (at home) saying i logged on elsewhere. Never seen that message before.

Never had that im but if you log on the same name the first one will close, but you can be one two different names at the same time if you clone aim. You could have been hacked, I have twice in the last year. They use my name to spam people with till aol disables it and I have to call and complain.

What is happening is he is on AOL and then signs onto AIM, since it won't disconnect your AOL session it tells you that all IM's will be routed to AIM, not AOL. If he puts an away message up on AIM and none on AOL then all IM's will go to AOL. Funky!
