Id say yes, hook it up. Unless that is the wiper fluid hose. Cant quite tell

So as a follow up I replaced the vacuum modulator yesterday and capped the vacuum leak under the hood.

Took it for a spin, still high rpm, late shifting, hard shifting.

Pulled over and took a chance and slid the mystery hose over the vacuum source and boom, shifting as it should now.

Thanks for the help.
