Gotta carry the cooler, tools, spares, I need the room.... just kidding silverslk. It's going to be a four seater but I had to remove the carpet and the carpet glue. I gave the original seats away to a friend and will be ordering Twisted Stitches' TS-1 seats (four of them) soon. It will be a one seater temporarily. It's definitely going to look funny driving around like that.

I really like that crew cab Philofab. How is the back spacing on those hummer wheels? At least that's what they appear to be. What size are those Toyos? Post some more pics of your truck I really dig it.

Yeah it does. Strangest thing. Not sure why it came that way. Not sure if I'm going to run power to the rear ones but it would be nice to have them all powered windows. Does your crew cab have powered rear windows? If so, can you post some pics of your door panels?

I did find a full set of Ford Bronco OEM wheels but they had the rivet style not the completely smooth OEM wheel. I passed on them but my buddy has pulled some smooth OEM Aluminum wheels from that Pick Your Part yard. I just picked up a 96 chrome grille and some interior panels.

So I pulled out an extra set of 35s I had in the garage to put them up against the four door. Should I go with 35s or bump up to 37s? The game plan is four inch wider beams per side with coilovers.

Here is a pic up against my 285/75/16 BFGs:

If I decide to run 37s I have a set of six Hummer wheels I'll be using:

You're right Philo on the beams. I maybe sourcing out a set of Econoline beams to extend.

I remember you telling me about jumping up to 37s plus I'm running a 460 gas engine which I'm sure is going to eat up gas like crazy.

What is your thoughts on converting from 8 lug to 5 lug wheel patterns? I want to go with 5 on 5.5 so that they match my other two Broncos so that I can always have a spare set of wheels in case I need them. I'd run 5/8 lugs so I welcome your thoughts.

I've continued to gather some more front end pieces to convert my 1989 Four Door Bronco into 92-96 front end. Here is what I have so far:

I want to go from this:

To this:

Taken off the bumpers and she's looking better already:

Well my black 1995 Bronco is just about to turn 100k (2.3 miles to go), I bought her with only 79k miles from the original owner just over a year ago. My little girl is all grown up, ha ha ha.

Thought I'd share some pics of some pieces that came back from the powder coat shop:

Some brackets for my 92-96 front end swap:

These pieces were media blasted and I just rattled canned them:

Thanks for hooking up the powder coating Tony.
