does it look okay, seems strong enough.
plates are 1/4". pipe is 1/4" and gussets are about 3/16's
drilled the top plate so i can mount the bender on it 6 different ways, since i was a dumbass, and couldnt get the holes athe base to line up. i had it pererfctly level all the way around, but it warped some on me, and i have about 1.5 dgree lean going on in all directions from where it bent down, but i can shim under the base to compensate.

I think the structure looks plenty strong but are there only two bolts holding it to the floor? At the least I would say you want to put two at opposite corners.

that should be strong enough but you might condier slapping another plate top of the other plate wher eyou mount your bender just for safty sake, that thing gets heavy. I think I used 1/2 for that part on mine

nah, 3 new bolts, and one rusty bolt.......

i am trying to find an odd botl though
i need 4 3/4" rounded allen head bolts that are 1/2 -3/4 long in regular thread
i need to use these as filler bolts for my holes when my bdner is not in place.
