Hey guys

I am lifting the bronco soon and now am stuck on shocks to buy. I already decided on Bilstein even though they do cost a little bit more because i heard the ride quality is a night and day difference from the standard twin tube shocks. Now I am wondering if i should get a set of 5100's for the front or spend the extra $$ and get the 5150's? I am planning to ditch the quad shock option because bilstein has the valving for the single set up and that is how i am justifying buying them. I just want to know if the 5150's are worth the extra 50 for the pair of stick with the 5100's and call it good.

i would go for the 5100 on 4 corners

5150 vs 5100
a) same ride quality (same valving as 5150) only advantage is the "reservoir" which would be useful under "heavy" use...still, 5150 is an entry level reservoir shock
b) there is a way to revalve 5100...cannot on the 5150
c) $50 differernce on each..

5100's. The remote reservoir on the 5150's is not worth the extra cash, its too small. If you're going to get a remote reservoir, then actually get something that has some decent displacement.
