Has anyone else had problems with their brake caliper pins (not the bolt in ones) working their way out every now and then? I check them whenever I get gas (which is ALOT) and they usually seen fine, but right around 200-300mi they just kinda of pop out an inch or so all of a sudden so I have to tap them back in with a hammer. I can usually tell if they pop out because I hear a very faint knocking when I turn the wheel as I am pulling in somewhere at a slow speed. This is the second set in less than 6mo and I am starting to get a little annoyed...

I had a Ranger that did that, Just take a pair of needle nose pliars and bend the corners out a little bit and that will cure it-

I assume you are referring to the ones with rubber inserts? They should have little ears that 'click' in place. Get some new ones, but as mentioned above, use some brake grease to lube them before installing.
