I took the all the seats and carpet out of the 92 Bronco and had three bolts break off, in the floor, for the rear seat brackets. Drilled one all the way through the center and still can't get it out. Started working on another bolt and the drill bit broke off in it.

Any suggestions? :whiteflag

Drill them all the way through and use a longer bolt with a thick washer and nylon lock nut (all stainless) on the under-side of the body.

I finally got the bolts out the other day.
FWIW:

Drilling from the bottom got the stuck drill bit out.
The file didn't appear to work for me.
I ended up going to Fastenal and got some cutting oil, drill bit and drilled out the holes and got some grade 8 bolts, nuts and split ring washers to replace them.

Just finished putting everything back in and it appears to be working fine. I searched for the torque specs for the seat bolts and could only find the specs for the front seats. So I torqued them to 40 and 45. Is this the correct specs?
