BRonco K&N question

Hey guys,

I am new hear and I had a question that has been bugg'in me for a long time.

What is the difference between this K&N "replacement filter"

and this "air charger"

They both look the same to me, but one seems to have a bunch of hardware.

Hope this link work, and any other ideas on cold air intake would be much appreciated.
