Hey I am hoping to swap in a c6 to replace my blown four-speed. The motor is a 300 i6. My first question is, is this a direct bolt up? second, which flywheel to use? I have one sitting around from a 351, or could i just use the one thats already bolted to the 6? Thanks in advance

by 4 speed im assuming a manual, so u will need the flexplate from the 6 setup, your flywheel shouldnt work, i think u need to run a vacuum line for the downshift of the c6, the more i think about it the more i think u are talking about an A/T, you'll have to specify aod or e4od or w/e

if i remember correctly the 351 and the 302 have two different flexplates, so u'll need a c6 one from either motor, whichever you have, other than that u'd prolly want a b and m shifter, also the c6 is pretty short, so some new driveshafts may be in order, and potentially a different or modified crossmember, but all that could be obtained from a donor vehicle, other than that i cant see the swap being extremely difficult
