I have changed out my cam today for a mild "rv" cam. I got a new timing chain and sprockets. Should I set it for a 4 degree retatd, 0 degree, or 4 degree advanced? I don't have any of the emmisions stuff on it anymore nor do I need to worry about emmisions. What are you thoughts?

If it is an Edelbrock cam, the Edelbrock gearset says (in the small print) to install in the straight-up zero adv. position only, not to adv.4 degrees.
