alright finally foud out my sa is a d44 that dana released to ford in 1975.now the moser axels and a few other things that i want from jbg say from '76 - '79.the axel came with disc brakes.i mesured it and its about as wide as the ttb so hopefully this'll werk right??

When in 1975? If it's discs, it should be a 1976 MY axle... so you should be fine. The stuff in 75 and before was drum.

im not sure when but ya it was disc and had 5 bolt spindles and knuckles

If it's disc, you should not have any problems, as long as it came out of a pick up and not an EB.

were lengths on the housing or axels different on full size truck from 75 and 76?.i no its not a eb axel, i jus measured agin and it might be like maybe a inch wider than ttb
