I was doing some work around the regulator and rail and notice a threaded hole inmy upper plenum. It's on the driver side just to the left of center at the bottom of the plenum across from cylinder 6cyl. Anybody know what this is for? and if anything suppose to be plugged into it?

And before you reply I did use the search.

What year and motor do you have?

I don't think I've seen anything like that on my 302... just on the lower.

Do you mean the one in the pic here in the lower plenum? It is threaded but unused (on my 90 anyway).



You don't have any info on your Bronco listed so it's hard to tell.

Yeap that bottom one ;) and yeah thanks. I was getting nervous thinking it had some type use. Why did ford install that thread hole in that position?
