Ok...I started to adjust my carb today. Since I bought it the truck has been running really lean. I cleaned up all the plugs today and it is running much better. Now...If I currently have the 2bbl motorcraft carb (2150?) on my 351M. To decrease the flow of fuel which way do I turn the jets in. I think to increase you turn them in (clockwise) and decrease you turn them out (counterclockwise). Am I correct???

You turn them in to decrease the amount of fuel.
Generally you turn them (clockwise) in all the way and then open it up 1 1/4 turns (counter clockwise). If you have a hand held tach, you can adjust it from there by opening (or closing, but more likely opening) until the rpms max out. You take your time doing this on each side and this should be the ideal setting.
