Im looking for the cheapest seats I can find. I thnk I want some plastic ones since ill be mudding a lot I could just power wash them down. Wheres the easiest place to get a pair that will mount right in?
I ran my '63 Chev Nova with a built 350 and stout drivetrain sittin' on a tire once. For three months, no less. I recommend inflated, with a smooth wheel, fill stem down. :shocked
Summit Racing also there is a few guy's on Truck's gone wild forum that has some for sale. Plastic seats are uncomfortable as sin add rompin around in a mud hole it would be like getting a kick in the a$$ every rut you hit.
yo,
I get seats from local yards; one does Not charge for getting one from another yard in their area network...
Last yard seat purchase cost $65.00 for a 2006 Chry van bucket - was in A1 condition
For a YARD SEARCH on-line, I use; http://www.mypartshop.com/

year, etc, then FORD TRUCK
Ya I think we might just go to a junkyard this weekend and grab a pair. Need a steering column too. I had just seen some once for like 40 bucks and thought it would be a easy clean.
yo D,
You never know what you'll find in a yard.
Our local Insurance Salvage yard isn't a pick pull, but I have left notes with them for what I want and they do call when something comes in.
