OK Ive looked in the search threads and only find stuff about auto hubs and swaping to manual. But my MANUAL hubs click/grind only when im in 4 wheel drive. Do they just need to be re-packed? Or are they stripped inside or do I need new ones?

How would we know if they're stripped or not. It's not difficult to take the hubs off to check them. And FYI hubs aren't supposed to be packed with grease. Least all the ones I've seen say do no pack on them.

So take them of and see what the look like

Worn out, yes they do need a little grease, but not to much.

The splines in the hub are probably dirty/gritty, keeping the gear from sliding all the way out and engaging. Or it could be the splines on the axle, or the gear. Pull and clean the gear. Clean the splines inside the hub. I use synthetic 5w motor oil to LIGHTLY lube all the splines.
