Can anyone tell me what is a clock spring, what does it look like and how do I fix it! My horn and cruise control does not work and my airbag light flashes 3-2, I was told by the dealer it was the clock spring. This is a 1996 Bronco XLT. HELP Please.

It is the circle plastic piece behind you steering wheel all it does is allows the airbag to stay connected to the wiring in the column, when you turn your wheel so the wires dont get tangled up. I would not recommend getting one used since this has do with your airbag deploying. Airbags help out in an accident I am a lucky survivor of a rollover in which I had my seat belt on and the airbags went off only had two scratches on my arm and a little bit of burnt face from the airbag. So please do not get one used. It is a small price to pay for safety.
