Hi All, I did'nt hear the pump priming, would'nt start, pulled codes and got a DTC 95. The manuals say that it's the "fuel pump secondary failure-pcm to ground". Anyone ever had this problem, and if so, what corrected it? Should I be looking at the pcm or fuel pump? '91 5.8 Thanks!

The problem will probably lie near the pump. You need to check voltage to the pump. When I had this code, it ended up being a corroded wire just past the rear axle in a plug a few feet before the pump.

The problem ended up being the fuel pump relay, 15 dollar fixes are the bomb! I appreciate your input Sackman!
